INTRODUCTION AND REGULATORY REFERENCES

The following Privacy Policy describes how this site is managed in relation to the personal data processing of users who navigate the site.
This information is provided pursuant to Article 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 and describes the personal data protection of users who interact with web services, electronically accessible at the address: https://www.getrapack.it
The information also complies with Article 13 of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as: the “Regulation”) of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 EC (General Data Protection Regulation, published on 4 May 2016 in the European Union Official Journal, in force since 24 May 2016). In addition, it complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 that the European authorities for personal data protection, gathered in the Group established by Article 29 of Directive no. 95/46/EC, adopted on 17 May 2001, to identify certain minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and, in particular, the manner, timing and nature of information that data controllers must provide users with when the latter connect to web pages. This is also in light of the Supervisory Authority Provision for personal data protection of 8 May 2014, entitled “Identification of simplified procedures for informing users and acquiring consent for the use of cookies” (hereinafter referred to as: the “Provision”), as well as being in compliance with current privacy legislation.
